At My Child Your Child Ministries, we recognize that to change a child's life, we must also strengthen the family—especially the woman at the heart of the home.
What We are Doing
Our Livelihoods & Women Empowerment program is designed to equip vulnerable mothers and caregivers with the skills, resources, and confidence they need to thrive and support their families.

Our Approach

We focus on long-term transformation by helping women move from survival to sustainability. Through our empowerment initiatives, we provide:
  • Skills Training – Practical hands-on training in tailoring, crafts, hairdressing, agriculture, baking, and other income-generating skills.
  • Financial Literacy & Savings Groups – Teaching budgeting, saving, and small business management to promote responsible growth.
  • Seed Capital Support – Providing startup materials or small grants to help women launch micro-enterprises.
  • Spiritual Mentorship – Guiding women through Biblical principles of stewardship, leadership, and inner healing.
  • Community Support Networks – Encouraging sisterhood through group counseling, prayer fellowships, and support groups.

Why It Matters

Many of the women we serve are widows, single mothers, or survivors of domestic abuse and extreme poverty. When we empower a woman, we uplift a family. She becomes a provider, a nurturer, and a role model—not just for her children but for her entire community.
